Moses M. Bates joined the team at Solomon, Berschler, Campbell, & Thomas, P.C. in 2022 as an Associate in their Norristown, Pennsylvania office. Moses comes to the firm from McLaughlin Ganim, Ltd., of Paoli, Pennsylvania, where in addition to Wills and Estates practice he also served clients in matters involving real property and planned communities, business and private litigation, landlord-tenant actions, contracts, business organization, and minor criminal matters.
Moses graduated from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington (now Delaware Law School of Widener University) receiving his J.D. Cum Laude in 2015. Upon graduating, he was further awarded the Pro Bono Publica Distinction, Certificate in Environmental Law, and the Charles Zencey Award in Environmental Law. Moses interned as a Legal Fellow at the Philadelphia City Solicitor's Office Water Law Division in 2015 and 2016 and was an active member of the Delaware Valley Environmental Inn of Court from 2014 to 2017. Moses is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Moses's hobbies include electronics and musical instrument repair, American and English literature, movies, music, and outdoor activities.
